[Hiei-sama]

Trunks ate quickly, he was a saiyen, after all. He grinned at Vanasy his eyes still.

Hiei just sat there, glowering at the odd half-breed. He didn't like the threat Sayens posed, mch less a half-breed saiyen who's far stronger than a pure-breed.

[Vanasy]

"Hiei-danna whats wrong?" vanasy asked when she finished, You seem tense."

[Hiei-sama]

Hiei tunred towards her, "I'm fine." he growled, forcing himslef to calm down.

Trunks chuckled, "He's afraid of me, Vanasy. " he said in a teasing tone trying his best to put her at ease. "After all, it's hard not to be scared." he said grinning at her. "0h yeah. I knwo it's techniqually girl's choice, but the dance tomarrow... Wanna go with me?" he aksed flniging teh backpack over his shoulder again.

[Vanasy]

Vanasy calmed down a bit but tensed up. "You wanna go to the dance with me?" she asked wondering what her "Master" will say.

[Hiei-sama]

Trunks nodded but eyes her reaction and concluded quickly and correctly, "0h yeah. Never mind. You probally wanna take shorty, huh?" he said winking at her. "Anyway, hate to eat and ditch, but Mom wanted me back home soon. She's conducting some kinda new experiment. "See ya soon, Van." he said grinning at her and getting into his car again and driving off.

"Go with him." Hiei said bluntly. He was more worried about the teenager being a saiyen than anything else.

[Vanasy]

"Alright," she said looking over at Hiei. "I'll tell him in the morning at school," she thought about what would happen since no one has ever asked her to go to a dance with them before. "Oh Hiei-danna do you have a place to stay tonight?" she asked.

[Hiei-sama]

"Yes. I tend to sleep among the trees. Don't worry so much." he said calmly placing a hand on her forehead before he dashed off for his beloved bamboo forest again.

[Vanasy]

Vanasy blushed alittle when he touched her. After a few moments she got up and cleaned alittle, took a shower and went to bed. In the morning she got up, got dressed in her umiform, grabed her things and started walking to school.

[Hiei-sama]

Trunks was already in class, a pen behind his ear as he thgought about what to wriote for his essay. A slow, smug smirk spread across his face as he began writing about teh orogion of teh Saiyen race.

[Vanasy]

Vanasy sat next to him as she began her own essay on the life of a psychic teenager. "Being a teenager and a psychic is hard," she said wrting it down.

[Hiei-sama]

"Speak for yourself, Van. I'm not even completely human." he muttered under his breath, finishing teh essay quickly and turning it in, then walking out of teh classroom.

[Vanasy]

Vanasy was alittle hurt by what he said. So, she quickly finshed her essay and turned in. "Hey Tunks wait," she said as she followed him out the door.

[Hiei-sama]

He turned a Dr.Pepper in his hand, "Hmmm?" he eyed her and his gaze softened, "0kay who did it?" he asked his voice low and dark. "Who's the idiot that hurt you?" he asked again, not realizing he was the cause. He handed her the Dr.Pepper and put his arms around her. "You gonna be okay, Van?" he aksed quietly, movinga strand of hair out of her eyes.

[Vanasy]

Vanasy looked at him alittle hurt and quoted, "Speak for yourself, Van. I'm not even completely human." She then looked down and away.

[Hiei-sama]

Trunks flinched as if she had hit him instead of just qouting him, his eyes dark at his own stupidity. He sighed, "I'd explain, but it'd be far easier just to show you. He handed her a Capsule Corp business card, "Come by after school. I'll understand if ya don't show up. But it will explain what I meant." he said softly. Beating himself up mentally over causing her pain. For someone who believed in peace among all species it was funny how badly you coudl screw up at times.
